Venerable Theodolus 12/16/2013
Saint Theodolus was a virtuous patrician at the court of Theodosius the Great. On the death of his wife he abandoned the vanity of the world, left Constantinople and settled on a pillar near Ephesus, where he led his ascetic struggle for thirty years.
