Baptism in Veljusa ( 10.12.2005 )

Today, in the eve of the feast of the Fifteen Holy Hieromartyrs of Tiberiopolis, in the spring near the Veljusa monastery of the Most Holy Theotokos Eleusa, with the blessing by the Most Reverend Metropolitan Nahum of Strumica, the child of God Maria from Moscow was baptized.

The Godfather at the baptism was the professor at the International Academy for Integration of Sciences and Business in Moscow, Mr. Jakov Zakharovich Mesenzhnik. Among the present at the baptism was the renowned sculptor Mr. Grigory Potocky, who produced the sculpture of the late president Boris Trajkovski in Strumica, which is to be unveiled tomorrow.
